Data shows that as of the end of December last year, the total number of TD users on the Internet in China has reached 51.212 million.

Wang Xiujun pointed out that in 2011, China's main telecommunications business revenue was 988 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10%, which exceeded the GDP for the first time in 6 years. By the end of 2011, China’s telephone subscribers have reached 1.27 billion and mobile phone users have reached 886 million, among which 3G mobile phone users have reached 128 million, while TD users accounted for 39.9% of 3G users.

In addition, in terms of capacity building of broadband networks, Wang Xiujun said that as of the end of last year, China had added 44.60 million broadband Internet access ports; in the development of the broadband business market, Internet broadband users reached 156 million, of which more than 2 trillion. The number of users exceeded 84.4% and the number of Internet users reached 513 million.
