It is understood that the relevant standards for LED life test methods are still blank, and the methods of each organization are different. It is very important to refer to which standards to develop national standards. The thirteenth main reference is two, one is the life test and reliability evaluation method of the traditional semiconductor electronic device, and the other is the international LED life test method.
