I. Negotiation Document No.: YZZC-(2009) Competition No. 14 II. Project Name and Quantity: Park Avenue, Xingfu Road Street Lamp Installation Project III. Supplier Qualification Requirements:
1. It has the necessary conditions for entering the government procurement activities in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;
2. It must be a legal person or other economic organization that provides the street lamps and professional technical service capabilities purchased by the negotiation documents, has good business reputation and financial status, and independently bears civil liability;
Registered capital ≥ 5 million yuan;
3, with urban and road lighting engineering professional contracting level two or above qualifications;
4. Have a safety production license issued by the Provincial Construction Engineering Administration;
5. The project manager invested in the project, and the qualification of the project manager must reach the second or above of the construction engineer;
6. Negotiating suppliers must abide by the relevant laws, regulations and policies of the State and Jiangsu Shengyang City.
7. The negotiating supplier shall, when purchasing the negotiation documents, carry a copy of the business license and the qualification documents of the above 2-5 validity periods (with a copy of the official seal) to participate in the prequalification at the specified time.

4, the price of the negotiation documents: each set of RMB yuan. The tender will not be returned after it has been sold. Suppliers who do not purchase negotiation documents will be rejected.
