Third, supplier qualification requirements:
1. The manufacturer of the agent has the equipment, expertise and financial capabilities necessary to perform the contract. 2. At the time of bidding, a copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person that passed the annual inspection in 2009, a copy of the tax registration certificate, a copy of the enterprise institution code certificate, a legal person authorization letter (the agent also needs to provide the manufacturer authorization letter or the entrusted agency certificate) shall be provided. Declaration letter, production (operating) license, ID card of authorized person and authorized person, project performance and social credit certificate. All the above materials are checked at the opening of the bidding site, and the bidding company provides a set of copies. The photocopies of each stamp are stamped in the bidding documents.
