RECOM has recently developed the RACD series of new constant current LED drivers with universal AC input, power factor correction and UL certification, and over 70,000 hours of operating life to meet the needs of the high brightness LED lighting market.
The two latest products are the RACD12 and RACD20, 12W and 20W solutions respectively. With a universal AC input and a constant current output of 350mA or 700mA, the RECOM AC input LED driver module has a wide output voltage for constant current regulation. The range is suitable for driving almost any LED manufacturer's products, as well as all industry LED systems; and can be used as a single LED or up to 16 LED strings.
The drive is easy to use, with both input and output screw terminals and an additional 5.5 mm socket output. The socket allows the LEDs to be pre-wired through the mating plugs to avoid possible misconnections and to make the lighting installation more convenient and safe. It has passed the new UL8750 standard certification to drive LED arrays.
