Recently, the researchers of the Shanghai Institute of Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have compiled the "Technical Conditions for the Upgrade and Screening of High-Power Semiconductor Lighting Devices" for China's manned transport spacecraft for the first time, and successfully selected the requirements for the EEE warranty program for aerospace components and the application requirements for the environment outside the cabin. The high-power semiconductor lighting device has been successfully verified in the mission of the Shenzhou-7 manned spacecraft, and it has explored a feasible technical approach for the application of high-quality LED devices with High Quality in the aerospace field. With the support of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the “High Power LED Screening Specification for Aerospace Lighting” project was also launched last year and will be completed within the year.
