two. Bidder qualification requirements:

4. The bidder must have the capability of local service; if it is a foreign company, it must have an after-sales service organization registered in Dalian, and provide relevant certificates for more than three years. The non-bidder branch office or office after-sales service organization must There is a commission agreement between the bidder and the after-sales service organization with the official seal.

B package: 1. The bidder must be registered in China, with a registered capital of 2 million yuan or more, and have the qualification of independent corporate legal person;

2. The bidder must have the ability to complete the bidding project;

3. The bidder must have a legal and valid authorization for the LED screen body and special software (the original original authorized person must be the manufacturer);

4. The bidder must have the capability of local service; if it is a foreign company, it must have an after-sales service organization registered in Dalian, and provide relevant certificates for more than three years. The non-bidder branch office or office after-sales service organization must There is a commission agreement between the bidder and the after-sales service organization with the official seal.

three. Purchase of bidding documents:

1.
