TCL L50P1S-F installs third-party applications via USB stick

This tutorial is specifically designed for the TCL L50P1S-F model. While it may also work with other TCL TV models, it's recommended to check compatibility before proceeding.

1. Download the Sofa Butler installation file onto a USB drive or SD card.
2. Connect the USB drive or SD card to your TCL L50P1S-F TV.
3. Open the installation file using the "Software Recovery" feature.
4. Once the installation is complete, you’ll be ready to use Sofa Butler.

1. Search for "Sofa Manager" on Baidu and navigate to the official website to download the Sofa Butler package. Alternatively, you can directly download the APK file by clicking this link: http://app.shafa.com/shafa.apk.

After downloading the APK file, copy it to your USB drive or SD card.

2. Create a new folder on your USB drive or SD card and name it "TVManager". Inside this folder, create a subfolder called "backup", and place the downloaded Sofa Butler APK inside it. If you're using an existing SD card, look for the "backup" folder directly.

3. Open the TV Guardian or TV Steward app, then go to the "Software Management" section.

4. From there, select "Software Recovery" to begin the installation process.

5. Locate the Sofa Butler APK in the list and click "Install" or "Resume". After a short time, you'll see a confirmation that the installation was successful. You can now find the app under the "Applications" or "All Applications" menu.

Once the app opens, it means that Sofa Butler has been successfully installed on your TCL L50P1S-F. From here, you can easily download and manage any TV application you want.

If your TV is not recognizing the USB drive, try formatting it in FAT32 first (make sure to back up any existing files before doing so) or try a different USB drive.
