The reporter learned that the SM73XX series is a non-isolated LED lighting driver IC that supports a full voltage input range of 85~265Vac, with a system efficiency of over 90%. It uses a 730V high-voltage single-chip integrated process, mainly used in LED T tubes and bulbs. , ceiling lamps and filament lamps.

Specifically, the SM73XX is a non-isolated BUCK LED constant current drive control chip. High-voltage self-starting and power supply technology eliminates the need for auxiliary windings to provide power and achieves constant output current without any compensating components. At the same time, the SM7315P is compatible with the PCB of the SM7307, which can omit the feedback loop and make the circuit more compact. The figure below shows the schematic diagram of the typical application circuit of the SM7307, while the SM7315P system does not require R1 and R2.




The SM7313 is a high precision and high efficiency small volume non-isolated LED constant current drive control chip. The chip adopts the BUCK circuit structure and works in a fixed frequency mode. It only needs to use a relatively small chip inductor to realize an output small current and high voltage scheme within 5W. The constant current accuracy can reach ±3% of the full voltage range, with few external components and low solution cost.

The SM7313 is the industry's first filament light switch power supply driver solution that supports plastic-free parts and is placed directly into the E14 lamp head (see Figure b below, the solution board diameter is only 13.6mm).
