Question 1: What is the standard for a good lighting solution?
SteveWright: This is a very good question. I think that good lighting design, for the landscape, or for indoor lighting, should not be felt. You should be able to feel the interior space better, or better feel the landscape without feeling the light, so a good design should be to make the light recessive and let the light highlight other things. Of course, we need to balance energy efficiency with sustainability and maintenance costs, which are equally important. SteveWright: I think there may be some cultural differences, and China has a lot of discolored designs. My hometown is a small city with only one LED lighting bridge in the city, and it has only recently been carried out. I like very simple lighting, because I think we should be clear about the purpose of our design and the structure of the bridge when designing. The first is to understand the building, to respect the architects, to make full use of the advantages of the building itself, and not just to add some lights. I also participated in the design of the Sydney Opera House. Many people said that they can add colored lights. I don't want to do this myself, because I think the important point of lighting design is that he is a subjective thing and a human feeling.
