Hongli Optoelectronics has invested 70 million yuan to increase its subsidiary company

"G20-LED Summit Member Enterprise " Hongli Optoelectronics held a meeting on May 5, 2014. The notice of the meeting was sent to all directors by telephone, mail, etc. After the discussion and deliberation of the directors at the meeting, the “Proposal on Capital Increase to the wholly-owned Subsidiaries” was reviewed and approved:

In order to further enhance the business expansion capabilities and financial strength of the company, we will achieve sustainable and healthy development. The company used its own funds to increase the capital of the wholly-owned subsidiary to RMB 70 million. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Zhongying Gongyuan increased from RMB 30 million to RMB 100 million.

The meeting should be attended by 7 directors and 7 on-site attendance at the meeting; the valid number of votes for the meeting was 7 votes. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Li Guoping, the chairman of the company. The meeting was convened and held in compliance with the provisions of the Company Law and the company's articles of association.

Hongli Optoelectronics stated that this foreign investment does not constitute a connected transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring act as stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies.

and can receive and decode data through signal lines. The color of the light is highly consistent and cost-effective.
