(3) The integrity of circuit breaker tripping and closing circuits should be constantly monitored. When the tripping or closing circuit fails, the circuit breaker control circuit disconnect signal should be issued.

(4) There should be an obvious position signal for the closing and tripping status of the circuit breaker, and there should be an obvious action signal when the fault automatically trips and automatically closes.

(5) The trip and close commands should be kept long enough, and when the trip or close is completed, the command pulse should be automatically released. The mechanism action of the circuit breaker needs a certain time, and the main contact must have a certain stroke when it reaches the specified position when it is closed. These add ups are the inherent action time of the circuit breaker and the arc extinguishing time. The command is kept long enough to ensure that the circuit breaker can reliably trip and close. In order to speed up the action of the circuit breaker and increase the growth rate of the current in the tripping and closing coils, the inductance of the tripping and closing coils should be reduced as much as possible.
