Xu Zonglei, director of marketing of Xurui Optoelectronics, said that 11 MOCVD equipments of the first phase of Xurui Optoelectronics have been commissioned, and all the production lines use 4-inch sapphire substrates. The production capacity is very considerable compared with the peers, 40mil, 45mil. Such high power chip capacity is 20KK/month. In addition, the overall yield of Xu Rui is relatively high, and the capacity utilization rate is relatively high. At the same time, Xurui Optoelectronics uses the sapphire substrate removal technology. After stripping, it is replaced with a copper substrate and the sapphire substrate is recycled. This also reduces the production cost of the LED.

As for the price fluctuation of LED chips on the market, Dong Zonglei revealed to the Gaogong LED reporter that the first thing Xuxu Optoelectronics needs to do is to improve the brightness of the LED itself and improve its quantum efficiency. In addition, by controlling the cost, the lumens per renminbi are reduced. In the production of every lumen, we use the cheapest price to give the market the most cost-effective chip.
