1 General
1.1 This method is specially developed for the uniform measurement method of illumination to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
1.2 Measurement purposes
1.2.1 Verify the compliance of the lighting fixture with the required standards.
1.2.2 Investigate the compliance of lighting facilities with design conditions.
1.2.3 Conduct a survey of lighting comparisons of various lighting facilities.
1.2.4 Determine the changes in lighting over time, determine measures to maintain and improve lighting to ensure visual work requirements and save energy.
1.3 Measurement content
1.3.1 Illumination at various points on the relevant surface of the room.
1.3.2 Reflection coefficient on each surface of the room.
1.3.3 The brightness of each surface and equipment in the room.
1.4 Scope of application
1.4.1 This standard applies to the measurement of indoor lighting in various buildings.
1.4.2 This standard does not apply to the measurement of roads and outdoor venues as well as the illumination of various vehicles (trains, ships, airplanes, etc.).
1.4.3 When adopting this standard, it should also comply with the provisions of relevant regulations and standards.
