Hand in hand, Peking University Destar to create LED lighting layout


In order to respond to the national policy of developing green industry, in addition to the expansion of investment of 12.5 million US dollars, the internationally renowned LED street lamp company Destida Optoelectronics Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. has formed an alliance with Peking University Shenzhen Research Institute to carry out optoelectronic technology cooperation. It plans to set up a research institute for semiconductor optoelectronic technology resources to jointly promote energy-saving lighting. This move will help the Shenzhen Municipal Government to promote the development of the LED industry in 2009-2015 and the construction of the 1500-kilometer LED streetlight demonstration project in Guangdong Province.

According to the “National Medium- and Long-Term Science and Technology Development Plan” issued by the State Council, the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Bureau has listed high-efficiency, energy-saving and long-life semiconductor lighting products as the first priority theme of the first key areas (energy) in the medium and long-term planning ( Industrial energy conservation) has caused widespread concern at home and abroad. China's LED industry is entering a period of independent innovation and achieving a leap-forward development. Destar Optoelectronics Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. will build a bridge for semiconductor optoelectronic technology with Peking University. In addition to integrating cutting-edge lighting technology at home and abroad, it hopes to cooperate. The platform will promote the development of China's semiconductors to countries such as Japan and the United States.

At the end of last year, Destar Optoelectronics and its partners Philips and Datong won more than 5,000 LED street lights in Taiwan. At the same time, they also entered the overseas lighting market together with Poly Group Poly Solar, which was held in Guangzhou Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Center on April 10th. At the International Street Light Show, people will see the international strength of DyStar Opto Lighting.

At present, Destar Optoelectronics has cooperated with the Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School and established a joint laboratory of optoelectronic semiconductors to build a national and With R&D and innovation, we hope to enhance the technical level of the country's ED optoelectronic semiconductors.
