This means that our district will promote the implementation of energy-saving projects through the contract energy management (ie EMC) operating mechanism in the field of lighting.
It is understood that the use of contract energy management operating mechanism for lighting transformation, that is, each transformation unit and the enterprises with energy-saving technologies and products on the market signed energy-saving service contracts, using the technology and products provided by energy-saving service enterprises to carry out preliminary renovation, and then will reduce energy consumption The saved electricity costs are paid to the energy-saving service enterprises, so that the transformation unit can achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction without spending money.
In order to speed up the pace of energy conservation and consumption reduction, the autonomous region decided to implement green lighting projects in party and government organs, education systems, health care systems, factories, mines and enterprises. In this cooperation, 100% of the company will invest 10 million sets of energy-saving lighting products worth 1 billion yuan in Xinjiang, adopting the contract energy management mode to implement green lighting project transformation for enterprises and institutions in our district.
Relevant persons of the Autonomous Region Energy Conservation Supervision Center expect that the replacement of 10 million sets of energy-saving lamps will reduce the power consumption of the lighting system in our district by 30%-40%. According to the current status of electricity consumption in our district, 10 years can reduce the power consumption of our district. The amount is about 6.6 billion kWh.
