The host features a long strip design, which is different from traditional square-shaped speakers. The SoundPound 60 also functions like a small computer, featuring a 4-core CPU, 4-core GPU, 1GB RAM, and 8GB flash memory. It runs a custom UI and supports various applications, including streaming services, games, and even office software with a keyboard and mouse.
It also includes a Mango TV membership card, allowing access to high-definition videos. In testing, I found the picture quality to be excellent. During a movie, the surround sound and bass were impressive, creating a theater-like experience.
For music and karaoke, it integrates with Mi Yao Music, offering a clear and updated interface. Himalayan Radio adds another layer of entertainment with relaxing content.
Additionally, the system includes built-in games for children and supports screen mirroring from mobile devices to the TV. This makes it a versatile entertainment hub.
You can also control the device via a mobile app, which offers voice control, music style adjustments, and even virtual game controls. This makes it especially convenient for those who don’t have a smart TV.
