This time, we surveyed 30 batches of portable lighting products for children produced by 25 companies in 8 cities (regions) including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Shunde. According to GB 7000.1-2007 "lamps part 1: general requirements and tests", GB 7000.204-2008 "lamps part 2-4: special requirements portable general-purpose lamps", GB 17625.1-2012 "electromagnetic compatibility limit harmonic current Emission limit (input current per phase of equipment ≤16A), GB 17743-2007 "Limitations and measurement methods for radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment" and current effective corporate standards and product quality indicators and requirements , power supply terminal disturbance voltage for children's portable lamps, radiated electromagnetic disturbance (9kHz-30MHz), radiated electromagnetic disturbance (30MHz-300MHz), harmonic current emission, structure, external wiring and internal wiring, grounding regulations, anti-shock 13 items including protection, dustproof, solid foreign body and waterproof, insulation resistance and electrical strength, creepage distance and clearance, durability test and thermal test, heat resistance, fire resistance and tracking resistance were examined.
This random inspection found 1 batch of unqualified products, which is the “Wenquxing†portable LED table lamp produced by Shenzhen Liangshida Technology Co., Ltd. (Nominal) (Model specification: SE261; Production date or batch number: 2015-08/) The unqualified item is “Structure (6° plateau): the lamp should not be dumped/the lamp is dumpedâ€.
