Combination of LED lighting products and nano-new materials

Nano is the unit of length, ie 10-9 m. Human cells range in size from 5 microns to 20 microns. 1 micron is equal to 1000 nanometers, which is approximately equal to one percent of the hair diameter. These nanoparticles can simultaneously load a variety of things, such as quantum dots and drugs.

Quantum dots are very fine semiconductor materials. When the semiconductor material is shrunk to very very small particles that are only a few nanometers in diameter, the properties of these particles vary greatly and become much like atoms. Scientists call them quantum dots or artificial atoms.

Nanomaterials, also known as ultrafine particulate materials, consist of nanoparticles. Nanoparticles, also called ultrafine particles, generally refer to particles between 1 and 100 nm in size and are transitional regions at the junction of clusters and macroscopic objects.

From the usual micro and macro perspectives, such systems are not only typical microscopic systems but also atypical macroscopic systems. They are a typical human mesoscopic system with surface effects, small size effects, and macroscopic quantum tunneling effects.

When people subdivide macroscopic objects into ultrafine particles (nanoscale), it will show many singular properties, namely its optical, thermal, electrical, magnetic, mechanical and chemical properties and bulk solid phase. There will be a significant difference.

Insulation

Neutral water-based nano-titanium dioxide (TiO2) nano-sol, non-toxic and harmless, with particle scale of 0.1-100nm, is a dielectric ceramic material, has a relatively high resistivity, and the resistance of the film is between 106-1011Ω, so in general conditions Dielectric ceramics are also often considered as insulators.

As long as the neutral water-based nano-titanium dioxide (TiO2) sol is applied to the surface of the substrate and has a certain thickness (the thickness of the film layer is 1 nm to 1 μm), the insulation property will be exhibited. It can form a high dielectric layer and improve the electric field distribution characteristics between the gates.

The close packing of nano-titanium dioxide can reduce the electrons accelerated in the air and reduce the damage to the insulating layer. Therefore, it has anti-static, stain-resistant and easy-to-clean, prevents dust from adhering, inhibits and reduces the static charge generation on the substrate surface, and prevents electrical products. At present, most LED panel manufacturers use varnish water as the insulating varnish. The heat transfer efficiency of ç«‹ç«‹æ°´ is far less than that of nano-titanium dioxide.
At present, commercial versatile water can be used at temperatures above 200 °C, and it will have a negative impact on the heat dissipation of LED panels.

In recent years, the characteristics of materials have become increasingly demanding, such as moisture resistance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, heat resistance and environmental protection requirements. Therefore, Fan Lishui has gradually become inadequate, and the general varnish has many components. It is a resin with a high viscosity. If the viscosity is to be reduced, a special solvent or an organic solvent is required, which has a potential impact on the operator and the environment.

The following is an experimental comparison of the preparation of an insulated printed circuit board and a non-insulated printed circuit board using a nano-titanium dioxide (TiO2) sol. The operation method for preparing the insulated printed circuit board adopts the pulling method, and the specific operation process is as follows:

(1) The surface of the printed circuit board is ultrasonically cleaned, and the substrate can be dried by electronic infrared rays. It can be equipped with a unique cleaning process such as throwing and rotating to make the surface of the workpiece more clean, and then immersed in a neutral water-based nano titanium dioxide (TiO2) sol.

(2) The sol was sufficiently filled with the ultrasonic wave in the gap between the substrate and the electronic zero device, and after 5 minutes, the printed circuit board was lifted vertically to the liquid level by the pulling method. This allows a layer of sol film to adhere to the outer surface of the PC board.

(3) The coated circuit board was placed in an oven at 100 ° C, and dried to form a film after 30 minutes.

(4) Place the printed circuit board in the water and turn on the power of the printed circuit board to make it work. Observe that the printed circuit board is still working properly. The uninsulated printed circuit board was tested in the same manner, and it was found that the printed circuit board could not operate in a short circuit in water. (See Fig. 1 and Fig. 2)

Suggestions:
