(1) Shutdown maintenance must be supervised by at least two personnel to ensure safety and proper procedure follow-through.
(2) Locate the mode selector switch on the front panel of the CPU and switch it from “Run” to “Stop” position.
(3) Turn off the main power supply of the PLC system, then disconnect the power supply for other modes or modules.
(4) Carefully remove the power cord connected to the power supply frame, mark the cable number and its connection point, and then unscrew the mounting screws securing the power supply rack to the cabinet. This allows safe removal of the power supply frame.
(5) After loosening the screws underneath the motherboard, the CPU motherboard and I/O board can be carefully taken out.
(6) Reinstallation should be done in the reverse order of disassembly, ensuring all components are securely fastened and properly connected.
