(1) Shutdown maintenance must be supervised by at least two personnel to ensure safety and proper procedure execution.
(2) Move the mode selector switch on the front panel of the CPU from “Run” to “Stop” position to halt operations.
(3) Turn off the main power supply of the PLC system, followed by disconnecting the power supply to other modules or components.
(4) Carefully unplug the power cable connected to the power supply frame, mark the cable numbers and their connection points, and remove the screws securing the power supply unit to the cabinet. Once done, the power supply frame can be safely removed.
(5) After loosening the screws beneath the motherboard, the CPU and I/O boards can be carefully extracted.
(6) Reinstallation should follow the reverse order of removal, ensuring all components are properly secured and connections are correctly made.
