working principle:

1. This product is composed of a specially designed motor plus an eccentric block. When the motor rotates, the eccentric block generates exciting force and is transmitted to the vibration machine through the motor.

2. The vibration motor only needs to adjust the eccentric blocks on both sides of the two ends so that it forms a certain included angle with the inner eccentric block, and the excitation force can be adjusted steplessly.

This series of vibration motor is a three-phase 380V 50HZ asynchronous motor, closed self-cooling, horizontal installation.

When the JZO YZD series vibration motor is working continuously, the ambient air must not contain corrosive and explosive gases, and the ambient temperature must not exceed 40 degrees.

When the vibration motor is in the process of transportation or when it is idle for a long period of time, each department shall be inspected one by one before use.

(1) Insulation of windings, such as moisture, should be handled by 500V megohmmeters to check the insulation resistance of the windings. When approaching the operating temperature (70°C), the insulation resistance of the windings should not be lower than 0.38 MΩ. Otherwise, the drying treatment should be performed.

(2) Whether the cable is in good condition, and if it breaks, it should be replaced in time.

(3) Whether the body is in good condition, if it is damaged, please contact us for replacement.

When the vibration motor is mounted on a vibrating machine, the anchor bolts of the vibration motor must be fastened, and elastic washers must be added under each nut.

During the initial period of operation of the vibration motor, the tightening force between the bolts, nuts, and the base plane will reduce the tightening force and cause a small looseness. Therefore, the motor's anchor bolts should be tightened several times at the beginning of the operation, and once at the beginning, it should be tightened once every two weeks. Check once weekly after fastening.

After the machine is in place, both the body and the foundation must have the cable pressing device. The cable between the two is naturally suspended. The total length is suitable for 300-500mm. The natural overhang part's arc radius refers to the linear vibration. When two vibrating motors of the equipment are working at the same time, check whether the two vibrating motors have the opposite direction of rotation. Otherwise, the phase sequence of the power supply of one motor should be changed so that the two vibrating motors can be reversed in order to ensure uniform material flow.

Exciting force adjustment:

The output shaft of each end of the vibration motor has a fixed eccentric block and an adjustable eccentric block. Adjusting the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block can change the magnitude of the exciting force. The angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block at the time of shipment is 0 degree. The exciting force at this time is the rated exciting force F of the vibration motor. The exciting force at different included angles is shown in the table:

Special attention should be paid to adjusting the exciting force by adjusting the adjustable eccentric blocks on the output shaft at both ends of the vibration motor to the same direction in the same direction.

Exciting force adjustment steps:

1. Remove the protective cover.

2. Loosen the outside eccentric block and tighten the bolt.

3. Both sides of the eccentric block should be rotated in the same direction, so that the axis of the alignment line alignment of the excitation force on the eccentric block to the required excitation force at the value, and check whether both ends of the same angle.

Use maintenance, maintenance and storage:

The bearings of the vibration motor should be regularly replenished with grease, which is usually 2-3 months. When the motor is to be vibrated, use a grease gun to inject or disassemble the oil at the nozzle. The amount of oil injected is one-third to two-to-one of the volume of the bearing chamber.

Vibrating motors generally run for 4-6 months minor repair once a year overhaul. During the minor repair, remove the dust from the machine, check the insulation resistance of the coil and the wiring, and remove the hidden troubles in time. When overhauling, the motor should be opened to remove dust from the inside and outside of the machine, check the wear of the bearing, and check the joints. Grounding and fastening bolts are loosened and tightened in time to replace new grease.

If abnormal noise is found during the operation of the vibration motor, it shall be stopped immediately to check and eliminate the malfunction before starting the operation.

This product vibration motor allows a proper amount of axial clearance.

The shaft and bearing of this product are dynamic.

This product uses a single row of tapered roller bearings, axial clearance must be controlled between 0.30-0.35mm, clearance should be adjusted in time,

It will cause the motor broom to burn out the motor.

When the vibration motor is not in use, it must be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Corrosive gas is not used in the warehouse. Periodic inspection should be performed on the newly stored vibration motor.
