In the first quarter of 2013, the export value of Wenzhou LED lamps increased by 89% year-on-year.

In the first quarter of 2013, Wenzhou exported a total of 868 batches of lamps and 15.55 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 11.1% and 8.5% respectively. Among them, 189 batches of LED lamps and 3.52 million US dollars increased by 94.89% and 89.2% respectively. LED lights have become the main product of rapid growth in the export of lamps in the jurisdiction.

Compared with traditional lamps, the profit of LED lamps is 10%-20% higher, and the profitability of enterprises is relatively good. More and more enterprises are participating in the export competition of LED lamps. However, the scale of production and production technology management of Wenzhou export lamps and lanterns is uneven. There is no design and development capability. It is simply a sample assembly, and it does not understand or understand the new standards and requirements for product safety in exporting countries.

In addition, in the fierce market competition, some enterprises in order to seize the market, to lower the price to occupy the market, leading to vicious competition in the industry, product quality is difficult to guarantee.

How Are Multilayer PCBs Made?

Alternating layers of prepeg and core materials are laminated together under high temperature and pressure to produce Multilayer PCBs. This process ensures that air isn't trapped between layers, conductors are completely encapsulated by resin, and the adhesive that holds the layers together are properly melted and cured. The range of material combinations is extensive from basic epoxy glass to exotic ceramic or Teflon materials. The figure above  illustrates the stackup of a 4Layer/ multilayer PCB.  Prepeg and core are essentially the same material, but prepeg is not fully cured, making it more malleable than the core.The alternating layers are then placed into a lamination press. Extremely high temperatures and pressures are applied to the stackup, causing the prepeg to "melt" and join the layers together. After cooling off, the end result is a very hard and solid multilayer board.
