Among them, received the first subsidy for MOCVD equipment in 2012 totaling 16 million yuan. According to the relevant supporting policies, the subsidy is earmarked for the purchase of MOCVD equipment by Yangzhou Dry Photoelectric Co., Ltd. Secondly, it received a total of 1.2 million yuan from the government subsidies for Yangzhou Dry Photoelectric ultra-high brightness and power InGaAlP LED epitaxial and chip industrialization projects.
