In most display applications, the larger the display per unit area of ​​the display, the greater the amount of electricity used, and the higher the stability of the wire. LED display manufacturers must use domestic famous brands and pass the national 3C compulsory certification of copper core wire when purchasing power cords. There are three requirements: the wire core is a copper wire conductive carrier, the wire core cross-sectional area tolerance is within the standard range value, the insulation of the rubber core of the wrapped wire core and the flame retardancy reach the standard, compared to the general copper-clad aluminum wire core, the wire Wires with a small core cross-sectional area and insufficient insulation rubber grade have a more stable electrical connection performance and are less prone to short-circuit conditions.

The LED display works at high temperatures, and the heat dissipation problem becomes the first problem to be solved. At the same time, the display fan will be equipped with exhaust fans and air conditioners to cool the inside of the screen. It is recommended to install 1P air conditioner every 8-10 squares to ensure that the temperature inside the screen is kept at a normal temperature. If the air conditioner or exhaust fan is not in place, the heat treatment will be uneven. It is easy to cause safety hazards inside the screen due to temperature increase.


Installation and maintenance of LED display fire hazard

In the event of a fire accident in the LED display screen, in addition to the quality problems of the product itself, more engineers are not operating in the process of pre-installation and post-maintenance. For example, during the construction process, the cable that is not up to standard is used, the wire is not compacted, the contact is poor, the heat is generated, the distribution box is unreasonable, etc., which are the safety hazards of the LED display in the future.
