Challenge Microsoft Office Google to acquire online office software company
Business Daily comprehensive report Google published an article on its official blog last weekend that it has acquired Office service provider DocVerse. With the help of this small technology company that allows Microsoft users to edit and share files on the Internet, Google has stepped up its attack on Microsoft's office software business. But the terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition is the latest in competition between Google, the world ’s largest search engine, and Microsoft, the world ’s largest software company.
